STB Photography Studio wedding package purchasing guide:
Based on years of photography experience, I've divided weddings into three main parts: preparation, ceremony and location photo session, and reception.
Preparation: The preparation stage captures your emotions before the wedding, which is a significant part of the story. Just like a movie, it adds a beginning to your wedding day, showing the buildup, anticipation, and all the small moments that make your day unique. These moments are worth documenting to give your photos and videos a complete and narrative feel.
Ceremony & Location Photo Session: This part of the day is the most important both photographically and for the wedding itself. The ceremony typically lasts around 1.5 hours, including time for family and friend photos afterward. The location photo session is crucial for capturing the traditional wedding portraits. I recommend reserving at least 2 hours for this session, considering the choice and travel time to different locations to ensure we get the best shots.
Reception: The reception is a great opportunity to thank your family and friends, share heartfelt speeches, and enjoy interactions with your guests. These moments are equally important as they show the joy and celebration of your special day.
My packages range from 4 to 12 hours, allowing you to choose based on your budget and the scale of your wedding:
Small Weddings: For small weddings, you can choose a shorter package focusing on the Ceremony & Location photos. This ensures we have ample time to capture the essential parts of your day.
Medium Weddings: For medium-sized weddings, a 6-8 hour package is ideal. This covers Preparation, Ceremony & Location photos, and if planned well, can include part of the Reception.
Large Weddings: For large weddings, you will need a package of 8 hours or more. I understand that in a large wedding, plans can change and unexpected things can happen. If more time is needed on the day, you can upgrade your package. Based on my experience, I will communicate with you if additional time is necessary to ensure we capture everything perfectly.
